At Deepflow Labs you won’t push code into a black hole—you’ll ship full slices of a product that real people use.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and deploy features with TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, Node, and Vercel
- Write Playwright end-to-end tests, keep CI green, and watch performance budgets
- Plan database migrations and API routes; monitor usage with PostHog analytics
- Review PRs, contribute to RFCs, and demo progress at weekly product reviews
- Pair with design on UX details and copy tweaks before each release
What’s in it for you
- Daily feedback from engineers who have scaled production systems at well-known tech firms
- A portfolio of user-facing work you can point to, not just classroom projects
- All pro tools provided (GitHub Copilot, PostHog, etc.) so you can focus on building, not subscriptions
Interview Process
- Take-home assignment (≈3–4 hours)
- Technical interview – walk through your solution and pair on a small extension
- Behavioral chat – discuss collaboration style, feedback loops, and learning mindset
We think you’ll thrive here if…
- You’ve built something with React or Next.js and can explain the trade-offs
- Open-ended problems and edge-case bugs don’t scare you
- You like testing new libraries, then sharing concise notes with the team
- Tests, lint rules, and readable commits feel like standard practice
- Your async updates and PRs are clear enough for teammates in any time zone
- You bring steady energy and thoughtful feedback to stand-ups and the occasional NYC cowork day
